A stroke can often strike suddenly and unexpectedly, it can be a frightening experience not only for the person having a stroke but also for the people close to them.

£5- This can provide 15 people with a leaflet to help them come to terms with how there life has changed after a stroke

£20-Will help the National stroke helpline team give life changing advice to someone suffering from the trauma of a stroke or even just someone to talk to who understands what the stroke sufferer has been through.

£50-Investment into vital stroke research which helps to understand the causes of a stroke, pioneering treatment and innovative stroke rehabilitation equipment.

£200- Will help to provide a life changing, "Lifer after stroke" grant to a person affected by a stroke.
