Ran just over 4k in 20 minutes on friday! Going for another tomorrow morning, I'll let you know how I get on!

So myself and a bunch of Sweeney Todders are training for The British 10k run in aid of Cancer Research Uk.

Many of us have never run for more than the bus before so this is a big deal and a great personal achievement, not to mention a great cause.

Unfortunately it's likely that we'll all be affected by cancer at some point in our lives. I lost my nan at age 50 because of the disease so I never got to meet her and people are dealing with this sort of thing everyday.

I know times are hard but please find it in your hearts to donate whatever you can to this amazing charity. You can make a difference :o)
