As a finalist in the Miss north west pageant, one of our tasks is to complete charitable work and raise money to help others. This is one of the main reasons i decided to compete, win or lose i would love to be able to do something to help people that need it. The charity that i am supporting is 'Variety'. Variety is a children's charity that aims to help sick and disadvantaged children by providing them with much needed hospital care or equipment. The work that this charity does is vital to these children and their families, with cuts to welfare schemes, many families depend on the work they do. If i can raise a little, or a lot, hopefully i can make sure that a child can receive the care that they deserve.
