The decision to cut my hair has been something I have been considering for a long time but I'm embarrassed to say that prior to this I have simply not had the guts to do it. My hair is everything to me, I have had it very long for many years, in a way it is a comfort blanket. However if by cutting 8-10 inches off I can not only aid in a poorly child getting some confidence back in the form of a wig, and raise some money help my chosen charities in their amazing work then I think its certainly worth it :)

I have created this page to allow me to raise money for two charities at the same time.Please choose which you would like to donate too.

The Little Princess Trust who will not only receive my donated hair but also a cash donation to aid them in purchasing special wigs and to keep the trust going.

Macmillan who helped so much with my Nana through her illness, she will never be forgotten and her memory has given me the strength I need to do this. This ones for you Nana :)

Friends and Family - With this I will also have a small tin change collection on the go for the British heart foundation (her favorite charity) so if you have any spare change feel free to pop it to me. (e.g post it, face to face whatever you can donate will be much appreciated it doesn't have to be a lot)
