On the 10th of July 2011 I am running the British 10km London Run for the Animal Care Trust.
The Animal Care Trust (ACT) is the Royal Veterinary College’s (RVC) registered charity. It provides assistance to the College’s research teams in their endeavours to pioneer new treatments and cures for the diseases that cause our animals such suffering.
My pony Toby has suffered alot with health problems. The Royal Veterinary College equine hospitals treat numerous horses with problems like Toby's. Since I joined the RVC last year I have realised the contribution to research and understanding of disease that the RVC provides. I hope that I will be able to contribute to this through raising money by doing this run and ultimately help more ponies like Toby.
