On Sunday I am running the Great Manchester 10km run as part of the University of Manchester purple wave. In light of the awful attack that happened in the centre of town on Monday evening, it only feels right to do something to support those affected. Although much of what was lost cannot be replaced, raising a bit of money is the least that we can do to support those who tragically happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
