The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

This year, in aid of the Prince’s Trust, I will be taking part in the Palace to Palace bike ride with team HPE where we are cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle.

The 45-mile route will no-doubt hurt as I haven't touched a bike for a little while! They are a fantastic charity; creating life-changing opportunities for disadvantaged young people in the UK, so please donate generously!
