Story
This Summer I will be trekking to the summit of Kilimanjaro (Africa's tallest mountain) in aid of MIND mental health charity.
-Mental health affects 1 in 4 people in the UK every year.
-75% of young people with mental health issues are not receiving any treatment.
-Suicide is the leading cause of death in men and women aged 20-34.
MIND is making great progress in supporting individuals with mental health problems. Every donation will go towards helping someone and Just Giving makes it quick and easy for you to do.
My fundraising target and Kilimanjaro itself isn't going to be easy, but living with a mental health problem isn't either. Doing this is supposed to be a challenge and is intended to make an impact on society. But with your support I'm ready to do it!!!!
