I am completeing this challenge as I have been inspired by the courage and strength of Irfon and his wife Rebecca who are going through a tough time and still find the time to support and help others. While Irfon is undergoing treatment for cancer. 

I will find this difficult as anyone who knows me can tell you i partcial to a tipple!!!!!! However I know staying sober for four weeks will help make changes so many people lives. SO COME ON PEOPLE DIG DEEP EVERY PENNY COUNTS!!!!!!
