Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This is the forth time I have participated in the this run and normally I don't ask for sponsors....but this time I wanted to run for Neuroblastoma Alliance UK. Neuroblastoma is the most common cancer diagnosed in the first year of life and accounts for 15 per cent of cancer deaths in children. The prognosis varies but unfortuntely the largest groups of patients fall into the 'high risk' category where despite intensive treatment the majority are not cured. Neuroblastoma Alliance UK try to help children and families affected by providing financial assistance for treatment and support.

An old work friend of mine has a little girl who was diagnosed with neuroblastoma at just 1 year. She is now 2 and continues to fight this tragic disease. Please help this amazing charity continue their work to help children like this little girl keep fighting.
