Cancer has touched all of our lives in some way at some stage, whether through a family member, a friend, or a friend-of-a-friend, we all know some one who has had cancer at some point. Some have been lucky and come through the other side, but some have not been so lucky, and the more research we can do on this disease, the better - for every one of us. 

On the 10th December, at FFS on Leeson street, I will be joining the fabulous FFS members in taking part in this challenge to raise some much-needed money for this fantastic cause. So  - get your wallets out, come along to 47 Leeson Street, and watch us all sweat for cancer! 

I've chosen the pull-ups and push-ups challenge, so please, come along and cheer us all on as we try to reach 100 pull ups and 100 push ups in 30 minutes for this very worthy cause!  Thank you :) x
