Lyndsey, Jo and Emma are taking part in the Glen Nevis River Race on 14th July to raise funds for the Lochaber Mountain Rescue Team.

 

The race consists of swimming 2 miles of the River Nevis and taking a leap of faith at the Lower Falls...it is not for the faint hearted!
