On the 29th April I will be taking part in a 5km run (although I'm not promising that bit will be strictly true!!) raising money for Help for Heroes.  I know that to many 5km is a pretty small distance BUT for me, it may just as well be a full marathon as running is not something I have ever done before or, in all honesty, am any good at!!
