So my mid-life crisis is in full gear and having successfully gained my motorcycle licence a couple of years ago, it's now time to tackle one of the more painful things on my list of things to do before I get much older - a triathlon.

I'm starting with a sprint distance, but obviously there won't be much 'sprinting' going on :-D!!  I think survival is key here!!  And as this could potentially be the last time I try anything as painful as this I thought I would do it for a very worthwhile charity.  So please if you feel able to contribute anything I would be incredibly grateful.
