It's approximately 24miles or 33km.&nbsp;The current record is 3 hours which we intend to have a jolly good crack at - in for a penny and all that.</p> <p>Along with our gym training we have got a 12 week 'on the water' training programme to follow and a minimum of &pound;12,000 to raise for the AHOY charity. My calculator tells me that's &pound;1,000 a week.
