On the 2nd August myself and a group of riders under the name of TeamKC will be taking part in the Prudential Ride 100.  We will taking in the scenes of Surrey conquering Newlands Corner, Leith Hill and Box Hill.  

You will see us all out an about in our dashing lycra gear around the Surrey Hills and what great way to show your support by sponsoring me to complete this fantastic challenge.

We are riding in memory of an amazing young man Kris Cook (the life partner of my great friend Nicola) who was taken too soon in last years ride.

I am hoping to raise £300 for Cardiac Risk in the Young which is a fantastic charity that raises awareness for young people that have heart conditions and also helps to diagnose those with underlying heart conditions.
