Story

Hi there

Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page!

So apparently I'm going on a "hillwalking adventure" in South Africa (yes EUHWC members I do know what you all are thinking...).  I am doing this to raise money for  2 awesome causes that have become very close to my heart in the past 5 months, so read on to find out more!

Though I am mainly based at ACJ Pakade Primary School, I have also spent time at both The Hope Centre in Fish Hoek and Ikyhalethemba Village in Gordon's Bay, which will benefit from the money we are raising for this challenge. I am participating in the final day which will take place on Wednesday 16 November. Click on the link provided   to read more about these organisations.

Along with a few dozen others, I will be walking from our base in Fish Hoek to Kirstenbosch Gardens at the foot of Table Mountain. This is about 25km and should take a good 5-6hrs. Then we will be climbing to the top of the mountain. This may take 2-3hrs. In recognition of this, if you are able to donate to these incredibly worthwhile causes, to help all the wonderful children we work with, it will be truly appreciated. Thank you!

Best Wishes

 Emma
