Emma's 100km Challenge · 27 December 2012

It's bewildering and unsettling for anyone going into hospital but especially for children and that is why we are a fundraising hospital. We raise funds to enhance the experience of our patients by providing state of the art medical equipment and facilities and creating a child-friendly environment.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In 2013 I'm taking on the challenge of completing at least 100km (62 miles) of adventure racing and running events, all to raise money for Birmingham Children's Hospital. It'll be muddy, wet and cold along the way, so any donations are greatly appreciated to make the pain worthwhile!

Here's the plan so far, more will be added:

Hell Runner 9th Feb (10-12 miles) - COMPLETED!

Great Midlands Fun Run 2nd June (8.5 miles) - COMPLETED!

Mud Runner Oblivion  29th June (6 miles) - COMPLETED!

Spartan Race 21st Sept (8 miles) - COMPLETED!

Major Series 5th Oct (6 miles) - COMPLETED!

BUPA Great Birmingham Run 20th Oct (13.1 miles) - booked

Men's Health Survival of the Fittest 2nd Nov (6 miles) - booked

If you would like to make a donation, I would be really greatful - every penny counts.
