Cutting my hair! · 12 February 2014

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Hey everyone!

So on the 7th March I will be getting my hair cut off to donate to the Little Princess Trust. This charity provides real hair wigs for children who have lost their hair through cancer treatment.

As well as donating my hair, I am also trying to raise as much money as possible to allow the charity to fund the wigs and continue to provide them to the children. I would really appreciate if you could donate even a little to help this amazing charity. The Little Princess Trust do not recieve any formal funding and they rely totally on donations and funds raised by us!

I was so greatly inspired to do this by the beautiful Leah Whyte, who sadly lost her life at the age of 16. Leah was diagnosed with cancer, however her bone marrow transplant was successful. Shortly after Christmas she became very ill and things went down hill very quickly, and she passed away. Leah was an incredible young woman and she has left such a mark behind her, encouraging others with her unshakeable faith and bringing others to faith. I want to be able to help children who are going through the same horrible cancer treatment that Leah had to endure, and provide them with a real-hair wig to put a smile on their face.

I would LOVE if you could please donate to this wonderful charity! Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page!

Many thanks and all my love, Emma x
