Ever felt like trying the sultry art of belly dancing, releasing your inner Rocky or doing push-ups in the mud? Now's your chance!

Every day in the week leading up to the SUTC show there'll be an exercise class in Angel for you to get involved in. There's lots to choose from, or be brave, dig deep and do all five! Each class is £5 - if you want a place just leave your full name and what class you fancy trying when you donate.
