Up until recently, my sole motivation for exercising was to make room for more cake. This is still an important factor, but joining this fundraising team has been an inspiration to take it a bit more seriously.

Please join me in supporting The Salvation Army who, aside from giving me somewhere I can practise without getting death-threats from neighbours, work so hard in the local community to bring food, shelter, clothing and support to those in need. They're so amazing, I'm even going to sponsor myself.
