As most of you know, I hate running so the idea of raising money for this charity whilst doing an amazing trek in the most beautiful part of the Country appeals to me massively, with some of my wonderful work colleagues joining me along the way.  Please support them - just have a look at their website and you'll see what amazing work they do, on which they have to rely on charitable donations.
