The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

I'm very fortunate to have grown up around people who pushed me to unlock my potential, offering unrelenting support, inspiration and guidance along the way. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for some 11 to 30 year-olds .

So what can I do to help? Eat my weight in carbs (does mac and cheese count?), don Sports Direct's finest - yet to be purchased - Lycra, and cycle from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle. (Eeek.)

Why on earth am I doing this I hear you ask? To raise vital funds for the incredible charity, The Prince's Trust. So if you can spare a few coppers, remember that sharing is caring, please do so over there -->

Wobbly legs, I'll see you at the finish line!
