<p><span style="color: #ff00ff;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-themecolor: text2; mso-themetint: 153;"><span style="font-size: small;">On 6th October at 1.30pm I will be a</span></span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-themecolor: text2; mso-themetint: 153;">bseiling down the side of the KPMG building in Canary Wharf in aid of Barnardo's.</span></span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-themecolor: text2; mso-themetint: 153;"> </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small; color: #ff00ff;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-themecolor: text2; mso-themetint: 153;">NOTE: The last time I tried to abseil I freaked and chickened out, so by doing so not only will I be raising money for a fantastic charity, but I'll be conquering my fears as well (one hopes!).. </span></span></p>
