I am doing a bungee jump in Chepstow  on October 10th to raise money for the Welsh mental health charity Gofal Cymru!  Yes, that's right, a bungee jump, and not a small one! I've not done this before.  I'm looking forward to it, but I'm starting to get a little nervous now because it's not very far away.
