Story
Greetings from Emma!!!!
On Saturday 17th July 2010, I completed the Questars DUO Adventure Race across the Chilterns. My aim was to achieve 300pts and not come last, in a race which contained some pretty fast cyclists and runners this was no small challenge...
I can safely say that if I was training for the tour de france, the Chilterns would be the best place to start, as the inclines were incredibly fierce! I seemed to spend 4.5hrs cycling uphill, and then that last half hour running to get my last check point to balance the books before time ran out...
So, where did I come? I came 28th out of 31 teams and got my 300pts (exactly!).
Thank you for your support!
