Last water session 24hr row done, completely underestimated the scale of this challenge it's going to be tough!!!! I mean really really really tough, no sleep is going to be the hardest! Thanks for all the support I've had so far!! It helps!!

Marathon row completed!! Yipee!!

Rowing marathon on Sunday 14 Apr midday at The Swan (Mucky Duck) Fradley Junction, as part of my training, come along and cheer me on! Every penny goes to Help for Heroes!

11th June 2006, 3am a knock at the door, a day I will never forget.  It was the day that my husband Andrew Stockton a Warrant Officer in the British Army was involved in a Taliban ambush in Sangin, Helmand Province, Afghanistan, a Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) had shot through and severed his left arm, luckily without detonating and jammed into his Landrover door.

Anyone that knows Andy will know that his character, courage, strength and absolute black humour has helped him through the physical and psychological effects.

In 2007 he was approached by Bryn Parry, H4H to be a face and voice to the cause of a newly formed charity H4H, a task that was without question an honour.

I would like to raise as much money as possible for those seriously injured through Help for Heroes a charity very close to my heart.

To do this I'm going to row in a race from London to Paris, it's going to be the most difficult thing I've ever done, 510 miles in 6 days, rowing then resting in two hour shifts an extreme mental and physical challenge, supported by the RNLI, as this is a dangerous crossing the busiest shipping route!

I would be extremy grateful for your support in sponsoring me, because every now and then I'm thinking what the hell have I done! xxx
