Join the hotel in Celebrate Service Week by getting involved in Encore Goes East. An exciting week where the hotel will be celebrating the excellent service of the staff by taking part in some fun activities with the proceeds of the challenging activities going to the Birmingham Children's Hospital.
The hotel will kick start this by 13 staff taking part in the Dragon Boat Race at Brindley Place. The renowned event, often held in glorious sunshine to the chants of the roaring crowd, provides top-class family entertainment in Birmingham’s city centre. Help us in our efforts by supporting the team raise it's £1500 goal!!
Also during the week will be a charity car wash for all the guests. Suitable named after Karate Kids 'Wax on Wax off' the staff will clean your motor at no cost but in the hope that you may donate a little.
A number of additional fun activities will take place during the week that the hotel hopes you will come along and get involved if you wish to.
