Those of you that know me, will know that I have never be the fittest of people, enjoying a couple of bottles of wine or a burger and a beer (classy) more than an evening at the gym..... so this will be tough.... However I am dedicated to the cause and have got myself into training.... 

I've not got long to raise this money, in true Enfys style I have left things pretty last minute......so every penny counts.
