When my friend suggested I should join her to do 'Tough Mudder', I'd never even heard of it. The looked it up and thought it looked just a little bit on the mad side - perfect!! An adult obsacle course set up by the Special Forces, spread over a 12 mile course to test all round strength and stamina, determination and camraderie (very American!) - thats what Saturdays should  be for. So on Saturday 8th June, thats exactly what I'll be doing!
