Many thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.  We have 11 new  young band members joining us this year and they have to be fitted out with uniforms and instruments.  In addition we are planning to attend the Broadisland Gathering in Northern Ireland in September with the local Gaelic Choir - so all told there will be about 70 people leaving Mid Argyll for the weekend of the 3rd to 5th September and heading to Northern Ireland.

 

Being in the band has given me the opportunity to travel and take part in several workshops to improve performance and piping.  We are one big team in the band and everyone looks out for everyone else.
