I will be embarking on a 200 mile cross country walk known as the 'Coast to Coast'. my route starts at St Bees Bay walking East my journey will then finish at Robin Hoods Bay, on my walk I will be passing through three national parks: The Lake District National Park, The Yorkshire Dales National Park and The North York Moors National Park. I will set off on Tuesday 19th June 2012 and the expedition will take two weeks to complete. 

I am doing this walk to raise money for Epilepsy Action and in honour of my cousin Louise who passed away in 2010.
