Buddies Club provides services for young people with learning disabilities. It provides after-school care, youth clubs, summer and easter play-schemes and also adventure breaks. Without Buddies countless children with learning disabilities would simply not have access to activities that allow them to enjoy as full a life as possible.

Buddies also provides an outreach service that enables the young people to go out and about to enjoy the cinema, bowling, a meal out etc supported by the great staff, mostly young people themselves. This is done in an environment without parents, so to the young people they are simply going  out with their friends. On outreach outings the cost of the "events" are covered by the young person"s parents but it is still a very expensive service for Buddies to continue to run in in present form. So I decided to try and raise money to support Buddies Outreach to enable our young people with disabilities to have the same fun as others.  Buddies is a small organisation and fundraising is difficult so any support is greatly appreciated.
