Erica's mum Janice Guest, 61 was recently diagnosed with Motor- Neurone Disease. Erica decided to do something really positive so is currently training for the London 10k road-race. Erica hasn't run before so it is a challenge and  has been joined by five friends Claire, Alison, Vicky, Melanie and Sian to support her!
