Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
The guy in this picture is a cray fisherman fixing a double pinch puncture about an hour in to the last cycle ride I attempted. This incident was sandwiched between falling off my bike on the canal path and being chased by a dog. So, I'm not expecting it to be easy, but in a few days I'm getting back on my bike; this time it's to raise money for a very worthwhile cause.
As some of you know, I've been volunteering for a charity called Map Action for almost a year. 2012 is Map Action's 10 year anniversary and from 6-8 July a number of us will be cycling 170 miles through the Chiltern hills (hills!) to raise awareness and money for the work Map Action do. All support will be hugely appreciated!
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
