Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. We are taking part at a triathlon where there are 32 lengths of the swimming pool, then a 5k run and finally a 20k bike ride. 

We are taking part with over 100 people at a first ever organised triathlon locally by David and Nicola Cowie for their awesome son Adam Cowie who was diagnosed with Type 1 three years ago who is a very good friend of Ethan's and ours too. We are delighted to join them in their quest to raise funds to help suppor JDRF and find a cure for Type 1 diabetes.
