I am aiming to raise €500 for the Irish Cancer Society by doing an FFS fitness challenge. My challenge is to run 7km in 30 minutes or less on December 10th. I can't be there with the rest of the FFS team as I am studying in Taiwan at the moment but I am going to complete my challenge from here.

Cancer is a terrible disease that has affected almost all of us, for me its particularly close to home. All the money I raise goes straight towards cancer research. Every donation no matter how small is greatly appreciated. #FFSSUTC
