So in my wisdom I’ve decided to take part in the Aberdeen Baker Hughes 10K run to raise money for Aberdeen Cyrenians!

This is a charity which works extremely hard to support and help people who are homeless, at the risk of becoming homeless, need rehabilitation or resettlement for numerous reasons including alcohol, drugs, mental health issues or abuse. They currently have six key Projects/Services.

I am honoured to be raising money for them and hope you will all support me over the next month!  Anything you donate is greatly appreciated and will be automatically put straight to the Aberdeen Cyrenians.  (Charity Registration No. SC014849)
