On 1st June, I am running a total of 14.3 miles towards our team total of 161 miles, from Twickenham to the centre of Cardiff.

We have a team target of £2,400 and are aiming to hit £100 each with the other 1,200 raised through Vodafone HQ based activities.

We're running for the Macular Society, who provide support for those told they have a life-changing disease and fund research into treatment and prevention.

Being told that you are losing your sight must be a terrifying experience; I can't begin to imagine trying to relearn how to live your life around sight loss. Most of us take our ability to see the world around us for granted, so when I stop to imagine how much of a struggle life would be without it I have an urge to make these peoples' lives that much easier!
