I am taking part in the Pretty Muddy Birmingham 5k run on the 18th July to raise money in memory of Ben Baxter. Ben was an amazingly brave little boy who was diagnosed with a rare liver cancer. He sadly passed away in October last year. His little brother had a liver transplant in November to prevent him from developing the same type of cancer. Raising money for Cancer Research will help prevent families, like Ben's, from having to deal with the loss of a child. No one should ever have to experience that pain.

Those of you who know me know that I'm not a big fan of exercise with a particular dislike of running. 5k for a lot of people is a stroll in the park, but this will be a challenge for me. I'm sure Cancer Research will be grateful of anything you can donate. Thank you x
