Warner Music's Wild Tri · 8 June 2018

Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homeless charity. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 16-25 year olds into a home and a job every year. Our award-winning helpline provides support to vulnerable young people across the country. We campaign to end youth homelessness by 2037.

Story

To make up for my lack of charitable efforts over the past few years, I've decided to do a three in one!

On the 8th June, I will be cycling 50 (edit!) km, hiking in the Langdale Pikes (edit!), and completing a canoeing circuit.

I am very unfit, I have awful allergies, and I know nothing about canoeing, so this promises to be a hilariously difficult challenge. Please sponsor me to make it worthwhile!

Shout out to my challenge partner Tim Miles!!!!!

The full challenge: (!)

STAGE 1

Cycling 9.6km from Langdale YHA to Waterhead

STAGE 2

Canoeing 4km around Lake Windermere

STAGE 3

Cycling 33km from Waterhead to Sticklebarn

STAGE 4

Mountain walk around the iconic Langdale Pikes (10.5km)

STAGE 5

Cycling 7.6km back to Langdale YHA

Warner Music’s Wild Tri is a triathlon charity challenge taking place in the Lake District.

The event has been designed to raise money for the important work done by Centrepoint.

All of the money raised will help to transform the futures of vulnerable young people and young families facing homelessness in London - providing them with housing, health and learning.
