Our first ever charity of the year is Sobell House Hospice. This fantastic institution has made a real difference to thousands of families in Oxfordshire, and we would like to do our best to support them. Any help or donations would be greatly appreciated.
On Saturday 11th July 2009 32 members of staff participated in the Moonlight Stroll either as walkers or marshals. Most of us were prepared for the 9 mile walk around the centre of Oxford. Sadly, we were not so prepared for the 2 hours of rain that accompanied us!

As well as the Moonlight Stroll, this Autumn we are donating a grand total of 70 work days (1 day per person for 70 of our people) to help in the charity’s shops, events and operations.
We would appreciate donations at any time (not just for the Moonlight Stroll) and we even have different members of the company doing their own sponsorship activity, for example Douglas and Chris from our Central Oxford office, and Adrian from our East Oxford office, together with Natasha one of our valuable contractors, are jumping 10,000 ft from an airplane in early September!
You probably know already that donating through JustGiving is totally secure. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
