The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

I don't own a bike, nor have I completed a cycling event without breaking a bone. The stakes are high!

I am up for the challenge of not only staying in one piece, but completing the 45 mile trek from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle for this years Palace to Palace bike ride. I am riding in support of Prince's Trust, a charity that supports 13-30 year olds who are unemployed, struggling at school and risk exclusion. The Trust's programme gives vulnerable young people the practical and financial support needed to stabilise their lives, helping develop self-esteem and skills for work.

In other words, the Trust gives these individuals the push they need to get back on their bikes and towards a brighter future. So, if you feel like supporting me as I get on my non-existent bike (I will find one! Boris bikes are my last option) and helping me reach my fundraising target, I'd be extremely grateful.

In return I can shower you with bicycle related puns!
