Thanks so much for visiting the Fabulous 40 Donations page.

From a little idea, big plans have grown!  To celebrate my 40th birthday I decided to try and gather a minimum of 39 other people to join me in committing to one fundraiser in my birthday year (Feb '13-'14), to raise money for a charity very close to our hearts - Reverse Rett.

With numbers now over 50 people we have an array of different fundraisers planned for the year including skydives, runs, cycle rides, sales, concerts, cake/bake sales, gardening hours, dinner parties, retro disco, swimmathon, cream teas and raffles to name a few!

All different fundraisers in their own right but all raising money the same goal - to fund the research needed to bring home treatments and ultimately a cure for Rett Syndrome - a wretched condition my little girl Lauren has.  At the moment we have no choice with this thing, the symptoms are relentless and horrible and Lauren is locked in to a world which is unforgiving.  Your donations along with all these fundraisers can change that.  It's that simple.
