Hi everyone,

On May the 21st I am taking part in the Stirling Scottish Marathon 2017 in order to raise money for a cause close to my heart The Captain Dave Seath Memorial Fund who are in partnership with Help for Heroes, a truly superb charity.

Dave was a close friend of mine who tragically died running the London Marathon in May 2016. He was running the marathon to raise money for a charity he cared deeply about, Help for Heroes. 

Dave and I served together in 19th Regiment Royal Artillery (The Scottish Gunners). He quickly became a very close friend of mine, he had a hilarious sense of humour, an infectious smile and was always there for his friends through the highs and the lows.

Like Dave, I have always supported Help for Heroes, having seen first hand the amazing work they do for our Armed Forces' Injured, wounded and sick. Therefore could i ask you to please donate to continue the excellent work that this charity does.
