Fabrizio, Stefano and I are running the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 14 October in Bens Cardiff All Stars Team, headed by Ben Morgan. Ben's sister Katie sadly died on 21 January this year from meningitis.  She was a fun-loving, happy 18 year old with a passion for horse-riding and a love for animals that is rarely seen. She was a keen photographer with the most extraordinary talent behind the lens. Above all, she was a kind, gentle, beautiful young girl with her whole life ahead of her. She is so desperately missed by her family and by all those who knew and loved her.

We hope that by running the Cardiff Half Marathon we can raise vital funds for Meningitis UK to help with the fight against this devastating disease and to help protect people from meningitis in the future.

The run is dedicated to Katie.
