The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I worked in Education for many years, and know and understand the importance a good education, support systems and care can make in the life of young adults.  These are fundamental rights many of us sometime take for granted, but for many youths, this is a struggle they face every day.

The lack of a good education or support system can become a massive burden.  The potential of many young adults are sometimes overlooked because of the hardship they are facing. The Prince's Trust helps to bridge this.  They echo my belief that everyone, no matter what your circumstances are or where you are from, you deserve a chance!

This is my third year participating with Accenture in this Cycle event.  I hope that this year will be an even greater experience than the previous one and that I will have some of my close friends and colleagues waiting for me crossing the finishing line!

Good luck to everyone participating in this amazing and worthy event.
