For those of you that are unaware, since last Wednesday I have been very poorly with tonsillitis as well as vomiting almost everything I take in (including just water) and dizziness. I've held off putting anything on here in the hopes that the Penicillin the Doctor gave me would do the trick. Unfortunately, this morning, I am still feeling weak, lethargic and my throat still hurts. As you may know, the trek has been designed this year to push individuals and not be a walk in the park with early starts and returns to the hotel at 7pm most nights. I feel that in order to do a decent job on the trek and not hold people back, I need to be in better health. I am going to discuss the implications of my continuing with this journey with Muslim Hands and will publish what is decided to be the best solution for all on here. Thank you for your support. Fatima.x xx
