Along with a group of work colleagues I will be undertaking a gruelling 24km tab over Pen Y Fan, the highest mountain in the Brecon Beacons. Our route is used by the SAS as part of their selection process! Our aim is to collectively raise as much as possible for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The route includes 1000m of ascent, with steep inclines, loose and muddy paths, forested tracks and potentially everything the British weather can throw at you.
