So, what will I be doing (along with 14 colleagues)?

Day 1:

7 miles – Trek/Run, 48 miles – Road Cycle, 1.5 miles – Kayaking 

 

Day 2:

16 miles - Off road Cycle, 17 miles – Road Cycle, 14 miles – Hill Trek/Train Run, 1 mile – Kayaking and finish in Glencoe

 

So that is a grand total of 104.5 miles!!
